We aren’t just a family hotel in South Tyrol, we’re also a family-run hotel. Everyone who’s been here and met us knows that it’s our down-to-earth hospitality that makes the Kronhotels what they are today. Because here, generations work together, laugh together, and learn from each other. As part of a family and a team that sticks together.

To be a place where people spend the most precious time of their year – that’s been our purpose for decades. It all started back in 1959 with a school building in the countryside. In 1990, the Falkensteiner family converted the school into Hotel Leitgamhof. Year by year, countless happy guests were welcomed and waved goodbye to here, until in 2020 we decided to extensively renovate the hotel and also extend certain areas. In November 2021, the hotel was finally reopened as an adults-only hotel with the name Leitgam. Despite our long history, we’re not even a little old-fashioned. Quite the opposite, in fact! A contemporary spirit, innovation, and courage to try new things – these are as much a part of the Kronhotels and the Falkensteiner family as our constant striving for excellence.
